Wiggle Your Toes with Open Toe Shoes

Because we have recently been talking about wiggling our toes it seems only appropriate to have a look at open toe shoes.

While wandering through the wide world of the web, I found a number of photos of open toe shoes that I love and you will see over the next couple of days that I have quite a passion for the open toe! But first, let’s have a look at some shoes that I don’t own, but wish I did.

I want all of these lovelies! I could probably live without the gold gladiator sandals…I mean, after all, I don’t have the greatest calves and I’m not sure how often I would break them out of the wardrobe…but I would love to own them…weird, isn’t it?

The open toe Aztec/tribal print bootie is too cute and I love the taupe and black shoe on the girl with the blue toe nail polish. That shoe would go with everything! The others I just crush on because they are cute, pretty, a colour I don’t have or the Fashion Mister would say, because I’m obsessed.

And just because the first 7 or 8 weren’t enough for me to want…here are 9 more!

I especially like the black satin pair with the big bow at the back. Very much a statement shoe. Another one that I don’t have many occasions to wear but would want in the wardrobe just in case! Of all the ones in this group I am most likely to purchase the ones in the bottom left corner. They are cute and wedges, all the excuse I would need.

Just for fun I thought I would throw in a couple of pics of me modeling two of my favourite open toe wedges. When I do ask the Fashion Mister to take a few photos of me, I mostly just get the one shot of the entire look but now and again I ask him to get the shoes or accessories. The orange wedges don’t have much of a rise so they are like wearing sandals. Seen in my Tangerine Tango series.  The pink/fuchsia wedges have more of a rise and are VERY high but are still comfortable to wear. Seen in my Lust Have Haul and Vintage Dress posts.

I’m really looking forward to the weather warming enough to start wearing my open toe shoes again and being able to wiggle my toes even with my shoes on!
