LMFF – Fleek (fashion geek)

Okay, I must really like you guys or I wouldn’t be admitting this in public…

…I am so bloody excited about going to the L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival tonight that I can’t decide what to wear!

My dear friend and fashion sister from another mother, Lee-Anne, and I are headed to Melbourne this afternoon to attended the 7:00 p.m. runway shows. Lisa Ho, Kirrily Johnston, Flannel, Morrison, just to name a few of tonight’s designers. And the best bit of it all…we have second row seats! Before you ask, yes, I am bringing the camera.

Honestly, it’s the first time I am attending the shows and part of me really wishes I knew what to expect. Can you just imagine a couple of middle-aged fashion freaks falling over themselves at the great clothes, designers and models? I have a feeling, that will be us. If there are any reports of crazy ladies at LMFF tonight, look for my face on the late news!

Seriously though, watching footage the other night, I proved to the fashion mister what a fleek (fashion geek), I am, by naming half the models as they came down the runway.

*shaking head*

As tragic as I may be, I am truly stressed about what to wear. Trying to pull together the most casual but elegant things…sorting about 1,000 different options in my brain. Probably won’t decided till the moment I have to leave the house and then will wish I had gone with something else. I didn’t worry this much about my wedding dress!

Oh well, regardless of what I choose, I’ll have the Fashion Sister take a pic and share it with you all tomorrow. Then you all can share back what you think.

Now don’t tell anyone what a fashion goose I am. It’ll be our little secret!
